Instant Packs / Instant Opens
Instant Packs and Instant Opens are digital products. Once an order is completed,
the opening experience, pull result, and related digital fulfillment are made
available electronically through your account, order flow, or other on-site delivery method.
Final Sale on Digital Products
All Instant Pack and Instant Open sales are final. No cancellations, returns,
or refunds will be provided once the order is placed and digital fulfillment
has begun. By purchasing, you understand that you are buying access to a
digital opening experience and the randomized result tied to that purchase.
Randomized Results
By purchasing a randomized product, you understand that pull results vary by order.
Refunds will not be granted because you were unhappy with the result, expected a
different outcome, received a duplicate, or changed your mind after the reveal.
Sell Back / Store / Ship Options
If available on the product page or during checkout, items received from an
Instant Pack may be eligible for sell back, vault storage, or physical shipment.
These options are part of the fulfillment experience and do not change the fact
that the original purchase was a completed digital product sale.
Mystery Packs
Mystery Packs are physical products shipped to the customer. Contents may be
randomized unless otherwise stated on the product page. These products are
different from Instant Packs and follow separate shipping and support rules.
Final Sale on Mystery Products
Due to the nature of mystery-style products, we do not accept returns,
exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with contents,
duplicate items, expected value not being met, or changing your mind after purchase.
All sales are final unless there is a verified fulfillment error.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your physical order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must
contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear
photos of the packaging and item, and a short description of the issue.
We reserve the right to determine whether replacement, store credit,
partial credit, or another resolution is appropriate.
Shipping Policy for Physical Orders
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has
been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking updates and transit delays
are controlled by the carrier. Customers are responsible for entering accurate
shipping information at checkout.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt,
or unclaimed shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
CardPriceCheck is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping
information submitted by the customer.
No Refunds for Delivered or Opened Products
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for opened digital products,
completed Instant Pack openings, randomized results, duplicate pulls, mystery contents,
price changes after purchase, promotional items, or shipping delays outside our control.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree that you understand whether the product is a
digital Instant Pack or a physical Mystery Pack, when fulfillment occurs,
and that randomized products are final sale except where required by law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction, order cancellation,
loss of access to vault items or credits, and submission of order records,
delivery confirmations, access logs, and acceptance of site terms to the
payment processor or financial institution.
Product Condition
For physical cards or items, condition may vary unless specifically guaranteed
in the listing. We do not guarantee grading outcomes unless the product page
expressly says so. Customers should review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Randomization Disclosure
Where stated on the product page, certain products are randomized. Pull rates,
chase items, sample images, featured hits, ceilings, floors, and examples may
be shown for promotional or illustrative purposes unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Not every order will contain a featured or chase item.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted
on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
